Class Descriptions & Times

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
Mondays 5:30 – 6:30pm

This challenging yet fun class is great for all fitness levels. We will strengthen, tone and build muscles using dumbbells, body weight, stability balls and a variety of equipment. Be prepared to add in some cardio for heart health, agility, balance and fun! No matter if you’re new to  working out, intermediate, or at an advanced fitness level; variations and modifications are always offered to make sure everyone has options and feels safely challenged.

*What to Bring
Athletic shoes
Towel, Water (optional)
Yoga mats are provided (feel free to bring your own)

LINE DANCE CLASS
Tuesdays 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Line dances levels vary; beginning at a basic level and may move into intermediate and advanced levels. You’ll learn the line dances that will keep you on the dance floor at weddings and other celebrations! This class is an easy way add in some low-impact physical activity without putting unnecessary strain on your body. It’s also a great way to get out and meet new people or spend time with your friends.

STEP AEROBICS
Thursdays 6:00pm – 7pm

This class is designed for all fitness levels to get your heart pumping. Step aerobics is a dance party on a step! We’ll step through a variety of basic to intermediate routines, set to Hip Hop,Country, and R&B hits. Workouts can be modified without the use  of the step as well. You can keep it simple or show up and show out. The goal for this class is to increase your cardio endurance, support each other and have fun while doing so.
